Hi. I'm Jay. I've been designing websites and web content since I was 19 years old. That's 16 years of experience under my belt. I've always been very creative and a completely right brained thinker. I like to make any website look original in every aspect.

I am extremely well versed in current web technologies, and feel that I can blend these talents with an excellent eye for design to give you a finished product that is both pleasing to the eye, and very functional and usable.

My main weapon of choice is the Adobe CS5 line of design software. I am an expert in the following;

  • HTML
  • jQuery / javascript

 

I love to build websites as a freelancer because it's great to put to use a talent that I'm passionate about. I not only design to get results for your project as my main motivation but also the motivation to turn out an excellent design that I can use for my portfolio. This keeps me motivated through the entire process to produce something top notch, and original. Jay E. Smith - TID BITS

I'm 35 years of age and I live in the burbs Saint Louis Missouri. I have my reason for getting out of bed and doing what I do every day in the form of my beautiful 6 year old daughter, Chloe Noelle, as well as the love of my life Kristi and her amazing 16 year old daughter Kaitlyn.

When I'm not designing websites or spending time with my family, you'll either find me running on the treadmill or the trail near my house, or my other love since the age of 12, playing guitar (hence the name of this website). I have been in various bands around Saint Louis both original and cover and am proud to have played some of the biggest and best stages in Saint Louis and beyond. I love to write original music as I am not currently part of any line-up. Maybe someday soon I'll post some songs here!
