Your site can be amazing even on a BUDGET

The world of web design is a very "one hand washes the other" business. Or at least it can be! All too often, while a job is a job, people hire a designer to make them a stellar site in both visual design and functionality. But all too often the client gets a little too wrapped up in the details that are the designer's specialty. It should always be kept in mind that EVERY designer's goal at the end of a site build is to have a crown jewel to add to their portfolio. This is why you should TRUST you designer, always.

So - here is an incentive that I've come up with to sweeten the deal. There are simply 4 simple guidelines that all wanting to claim this deal MUST adhere to:

CONDITIONS FOR A $500 WEBSITE:

• You, the client, are allowed to choose your own color scheme, as well as submit your logo design if one exists. Beyond that, you relinquish 100% control of the look and feel, overall design, graphics, and functionality to me - the designer. I will adhere to your chosen color scheme for the site and I will stay AS CLOSE to the artwork submitted for your logo as possible modifying it only if it clashes with an attractive site design.
• After we agree to move forward with the site you have ALL textual and pictorial content to me by the Sunday evening prior to me beginning the site build the following Monday morning. Your site will be beautifully and painstakingly created and online by Friday night of that same week. In trade for such great savings, a maximum construction time of 5 days is enforced in which time I will deliver the completed and fully functional draft of your site. Should you desire any changes to the site design or functionality beyond the 5 days, changes can be made at an agreed upon hourly rate. Usually $15 to $25 per hour.
• Your site will be limited to 6 physical pages / navigation links including sub-links which spawn from their parent links. A physical page is defined as 3 scrollable screen depths from the top to the bottom of your browser window. NOTE: You can do A LOT with this real estate!
• The business type of your site must fit a desired gap in my portfolio to qualify. What makes a web portfolio work is variety. If I already have 2 or 3 excellent examples of your business type, you may not be eligible for this deal.
